  4. Water is always available, portions listed are the initial serving size; children are welcome to more servings.

MONDAY

  • AM: 1/3 c Low Sugar Whole Grain Cereal and ½ c Silk soymilk or WG Pancakes / Fresh Fruit
  • L: ¼ c Rotini Pasta, ¼ c Marinara Sauce, 1.5 oz Meat (Yves vegan), ¼ c apples,
  • ¾ c Silk soymilk
  • PM: 1 TBSP Nuts/1/2 c Fresh Fruit or 1 Muffin/ 1/2c Fresh Fruit

Tuesday

  • AM: same
  • L: ¼ c Mashed Potatoes, 3/8 c “Chicken Strips” (pea protein), ¼ c pears, 1 cornbread muffin, ¾ c Silk soymilk
  • PM: same

Wednesday

  • AM : same
  • L: “Stir-Fry in Coco-aminos” 2.2 oz Tofu, ¼ c Rice, ¼ c Broccoli, ¼ c grapes/fresh fruit, ¾ c Silk soymilk*
